Otis Collier Teaches How To Become a Recognized Authority

Most people recognize me as a very successful video marketer. At the time of this article writing, I have over 150 YouTube videos that I have posted in 8 short months. My popularity grows by the day and I currently have 1362 subscribers to my video channel.

Four months ago, I started marketing products and services online. My experience has been nothing but phenominal. In a short period of time I have been able to create $2,000 - $3,000 a month running my internet marketing business part time.

I am often told by new internet marketers that the only reason that I am able to make the sales that I do is because of my popularity. I am often reminded of how lucky I am. They say that the only reason I am able to create online income is because of my name. If Otis promotes it, others will buy it just because Otis said so.

As I sit back and think about these statements, I would have to agree that I do make sales because of my popularity. People do trust me and cling to my recommendations. However, to simply say I am just lucky, is far from the truth.

I have worked extremely hard at building personal brand recognition. While most marketers brand the product or service that they are selling, I brand the person (myself) selling the product or service.

I realized that long after the product or service has been purchased and forgotten, the experience you gave the buyer will always be remembered. It is important that people believe in YOU and trust the advice and recommendations that you make. This trust takes time to build but when done correctly, will put thousands of dollars into your pockets for years to come.
